Neem Cake 1. I am seeing a mould/fungi type formation on the Neem Cake Pellets , is this normal ?
Because the powerful bio matter introduced into your soil is still in the process of decomposing, it is providing all the necessary nutrients for these bacteria (and your soil) to thrive. Actually, this is a GOOD THING. You absolutely want to encourage the health and diversity of these bacteria and fungi. The mould is often a symptom of this natural and positive phenomenon. So, if you see white mould on the top of your garden/potted plant soil - this is just the next step of the natural decomposition process going on in your soil as the organic fertiliser releases its nutrients to the soil and your plant roots. Moreover, this won’t happen if you apply the pellets dig into the soil as Recommended. 2. Can we put the pellets on the top of the soil? We absolutely request the customers to apply the Neem cake pellets around the root zone by digging 10-15 cm into the soil (at least a 6-8 cm ) except for Lawn/Turf applications (due to practical difficulty) for better results. |
Neem Coir Peat1 Can I use them indoors?
Apart from outdoor use this will be perfect medium for indoor planting as customers are saying it is bug/insect free (which may come across regular potting mix when used indoors) . 2 Can I use them for Hydroponics ? This will be perfect for terrariums & hydroponics where the initial fertilisation can be very challenging(these are already fertiliser enriched ).
